Magical Shimla

Shimla is the capital of the northern Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, in the Himalayan foothills. Once the summer capital of British India, it remains the terminus of the narrow-gauge Kalka-Shimla Railway, completed in 1903. It’s also known for the handicraft shops that line The Mall, a pedestrian avenue, as well as the Lakkar Bazaar, a market specializing in wooden toys and crafts.

Itinerary

Day 1 :
Chandigarh to Shimla

Morning drive from Chandigarh to Shimla, on arrival check-in at hotel. Rest of the day is
free for leisure time and visiting mall roads and shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at
the hotel.

Day 2 :
Shimla to Kufri and return to Shimla

Mornings continue for the touring of Shimla covering Kalbadevi Temple, Jakhu Temple,
Hanuman Temple or stop for some time at the wonderful recolored glass-windows of
Christ Church, which was worked in the 1850 's. Evening journey to Kufri from Shimla,
an exotica of nature as a place encompassed by thick backwoods and snow capped
mountains in the midst of virgin pinnacles and nature's greenery where one can totally
unwind and tune oneself for regular magnificence, Evening allowed to appreciate the
grand excellence of Kufri. Fagu, Indira Gandhi Holiday Home and appreciate horse
riding in the apple orchids. Come back to the Hotel Rest of the day is allowed to
investigate different beautiful sights or visit shopping center streets and shopping. Dinner
and night stay at Shimla.

Day 3 :
Shimla to Chandigarh (135 kms / 4 hrs drive)

After breakfast, drive back to Chandigarh. End of the services
